The Winkler method (titration) was interesting and more of a hands on way of finding the dissolved oxygen in a given aquatic area. Using Vernier probes, you don’t really get the full effect, not to mention many times technology is unreliable. For our experiment, our Vernier probe wouldn’t give us carbon dioxide in PPMS like we wanted. So even though technology can be more accurate, there is also a chance of error because technology doesn't always work correctly.
